A deep tissue treatment designed to find and release the exact points of discomfort and built up tension from stress, posture or physical activity. Focus will be on the particular areas of the body that need it most.

Find relief from all the aches, cramps and fatigue brought on by growing life. A gentle but effective treatment to rebalance and restore. Guided by where you are feeling it most, commonly targeting the lower back, hips, easing leg cramps and reducing swelling.

Time to give back and support your marvellous body for what it has just done. A session centred on warming, nourishing and reenergising. Relieve muscles that are now working hard to carry, feed and care for your baby. Using knowledge of the body meridians, gentle stretching can also be incorporated to ensure the smooth flow of qi supporting recovery and breastfeeding.
